Sorry, we do not operate a showroom.
Can I pick up the
furniture at your location to avoid shipping fees?
Sorry, we do not entertain local
pick ups.
Can I return my item?
Yes, we want happy customers! If
you are unsatisfied for any reason you can return your item with a 30%
restocking fee plus shipping both ways within 5 days of receipt of the item. We
will be happy to provide freight bills to calculate the total cost.
If there is a claim, we ask that
you document any damage by taking photos of the damage and submit a written
claim to our claims department within 15 days of receipt of the item. When
large items are delivered, make sure to carefully inspect them for any damage
or defects, before you sign the shipping receipt. If you do notice any damage
or defects, you must note them on the shipping receipt. If this does occur,
please notify us immediately so that we can quickly resolve the issue for you.
Without your notation on the shipping bill for the damage, we are unable honor
you with credit or send you a replacement. If any refund or replacement is
involved, refunds and replacements will be processed after the return item is
received.
What happens if my item is out of stock?
Because we are also selling these
items locally and offline, it is sometimes difficult to ensure stock availability.
You may email us to check availability. If your item is out of stock we can
provide you with an estimated delivery date.
Which sofas do you
have in stock?
Since we are continuously updating
our inventory, most of the sofas we carry are in stock or are expected in stock
within two weeks. If you would like to custom order a color that will match
your existing interior design, please expect delivery in 8 to 12 weeks. To see

Is there an additional charge for different colors?
Any color available can be ordered with no additional charge.
What is the turn around time on a custom built sofa?
Our typical turn around time on a custom ordered sofa is 8 - 14 weeks which is much faster than most furniture stores local to your home can deliver a sofa.
How do I select my color?

Why don't we ship Internationally (except some items to Canada), or to Alaska, Hawaii or PR?
Due to the costs of shipping outside of the 48 contiguous United States we are unable to provide our customers reasonable shipping rates.
What method of shipment do we use?
Most of the items we carry are in
stock, ready for immediate shipping. You can expect delivery in 7 to 10 days.
Large items such as sofas and sectionals are sent by freight carrier. The
freight carrier will call you 2 days in advance to schedule a delivery
appointment. Freight shipping is curb side delivery only. Smaller items such as
bar stools and ottomans are sent by Fed Ex or DHL. You will receive a shipping
confirmation email with a tracking number when your order has shipped. Sorry,
but we do not ship to PR, Alaska, Hawaii, or Internationally.

What happens if I cancel my order?
If you cancel it before it ships:
For Regular Orders (any item that is not a Custom Order): If you place an
order and pay with a credit card or PAYPAL, any cancellation prior to shipping
will incur a cancellation fee of 3.2% on each transaction. No fee is applied to
cancellations due to items not currently in stock.
For Custom Orders: We require payment in full upfront upon ordering. Any cancellation will subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total amount.
If you cancel it after it ships:
If you notify us the cancellation
after the item is shipped out and has left our warehouse, you will be
responsible for a 30% restocking fee and all shipping charge incurred.
